We will be at Bellearye Mt. today . Please read the following ,write some letters,emails,make some phone calls. 

Regardless of whether you support the Mt. or not, the economic hit that Ulster & Deleware County will receive will be devastating.

You hear it every time you turn on the TV about how we will create jobs in upstate NY. Well here you have hundreds of jobs that feed off the skiers and they're going to get rid of them?  Political Bull Shit!

We urge all of our members, their friends, skiers/snowboarders/snowshoers, non-skiers/non-snowboarders and those who support the economic viability of this Catskill region to attend a meeting this Saturday.

Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
