Jeremy

I see that there really aren't any comments on any of your WODs, so I figured I would leave one. Just wanted to say what's up, have not seen you guys since the ECCFC. I'm here in sunny (although kinda cold and rainy right now) Sicily killin WODs everday! 20:50 on filthy 50 yesterday a PR for me. The zone diet is paying off, I have been PRing all over the place!...take care all, I will not be around for the next challenge, maybe 2010! I'll be playing in the sand:) Peace!

World Class Fitness

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
