Heavy Lifting - Thruster 1RM then 73% x 3 x 3
WOD - 2000m Row with AMRAP Double (Single) unders 10 minutes.
Men - for every second over 7 minutes on the row do 3 burpees immediately after the 10 minutes is up. (That's pulling a 1:45 split)
Women - for every second over 8 minutes on the row do 3 burpees immediately after the 10 minutes is up. (That's pulling a 2:00 split)
Example - If Male A finishes the row in 7:06 he has 2:54 to complete as many double unders as possible. After that he must do 18 burpees.
