I regrettably inform you that Chad lost his battle with cancer on Tuesday evening. No details regarding services have been announced. Although many of you may not know Chad and Jovonna you have proven that the community cares for the individual. Thank you for all of your support of Chad and his family. Chad's wife and unborn daughter will still need our support through this new chapter in her life. We look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday for the "Never Quit for Chad" Benefit workout. Hudson Valley CrossFit and friends will "Never Quit for Chad". In the meantime, please say a prayer or wish positive thoughts for his family as they grieve. And be thankful for the health and happiness that you have in your life

World Class Fitness
- Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
I received 1 st personal loans when I was 32 and it aided my business very much. But, I need the small business loan also.
