We had a good one yesterday. We got everyone to give "Helen" a try in some form. We now have a few classics lined up for today.
For the morning class we have "Christine" as they didn't like running in the cold yesterday morning. (Unless they want to get down with the elements and attach the afternoon classes WOD)
"Christine"
3 Rounds
500m Row
12 - Bodyweight Deadlift
21 - 24"/20" Box Jump
For the Afternoon classes we have a scorcher. This was my second CrossFit WOD ever, and my first official DNF. Oh yeah, it is a fun one. Everyone, I would like you to meet "Kelly".
"Kelly"

400m run
30 24" Box Jump
30 Wallball
Also, I noticed a comment on the post about the schedule change by Tim B about a upcoming nutrition seminar by Whole 9 (Yesterday's post "The Grain Manifesto" was theirs)
http://www.nycendurance.com?wp_ct=1&whole9Nutrition
It looks to be about $60 and is on Sunday, April 25, 2010. I think this would be a good event to go to for many people to:
1. Learn more about nutrition from people that understand it and can explain it far better than we can and
2. Meet other people in the CrossFit community and its extended family.
Let me know if you are interested and maybe we can get a few people going down. And since it is on a Sunday, I think on Saturday we can all go up to Hunter Mountain and violate everything they will be teaching us and go to "Tap NY". http://www.tap-ny.com/
MMM, beer.
Either way, let me know who is interested in the events of that weekend.
Also, who is up for a night of CrossFit Poker on this Saturday sometime after a little recovery time from the triple WOD that will be going down that day?
