Hey Everybody. We're Back from Albany. I don't really feel like recapping the weekend. It was pretty awesome, but very long.
Steve posted the top time in the world on his first WOD "Double Under Helen". Then he PR'd on his Thruster with 165#, and got 8th on the Chest 2 Bar Cindy. Good enough for 13th overall worldwide, with two more regions to go next weekend.
Nick got 23rd overall this weekend. He saved his best for last, getting 13th overall on the 3rd workout. 23rd out of the 60 most badass dudes in the northeast....not too shabby.
Also....Greg And Jon killed it as judges, as would be expected, because we awesome at pretty much everything we attempt.
Back to business. We have a lot of work to do if we are going to be representing up there next year and the years to follow.. (Lynn will be eligible for the masters competition in two years)
