4:30pm class (typically a rest day or yoga day for most people)
6:00 Yoga with Kraig with a "K"
Saturdays
9am-12pm.
On Saturdays, we have a pretty laid back atmosphere. We tend to create our own workouts, have competitions, and try to have a good time.
